We live in a world where the mind often runs ahead—analyzing, planning, worrying—while the heart lags behind, holding emotions, longings, and unspoken wisdom. When these two powerful centers are out of sync, we experience stress, imbalance, and inner conflict.

But when the brain and heart work in harmony, something remarkable happens.

This workshop is about experiencing that harmony —through breathing, guided meditation, gratitude practices, and visualization—that help synchronize the brain and heart into one coherent rhythm.
